FBI Director James Comey speaks to students at Kenyon College when he admits that he covers his laptop camera with tape, just like any NSA-FBI-fearing citizen should -- an admission that has generated ridicule on social media. The FBI routinely utilizes covert webcam malware against American citizens, and he thinks it's a joke -- just another humorous anecdote to tell students to minimize the illegal spying that now occurs under his watch at the FBI.

"I saw someone doing this so I copied them. I put a piece of tape over the camera of my personal laptop, because I saw somebody smarter than I was with a piece of tape over their camera."

The FBI argues it should be able to hack your webcam with a warrant, while the FBI director covers his own to thwart surveillance. America.
