Aug. 12 (Bloomberg) -- Former U.S. Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson speaks about the actions taken to address the financial crisis in 2008 and the Standard & Poor's downgrade of the U.S. credit rating. Paulson participated in a discussion at Dartmouth College on Aug. 11 with former Republican U.S. Senator Judd Gregg of New Hampshire.
