NEITHER CLINTON NOR STAFF WOULD SPEAK WITH IG

Good clip from last week. Hillary Clinton has no reasonable explanation why she nor any members of her staff were willing to meet with the State Department's Inspector General when he was conducting an investigation into her use of a private email server.
