Despite the Congressman's rage, the fact is the bill in question does not have support from enough Democrats for passage.  Being discussed is the so-called 9/11 Emergency Responders bill.

I'm sure many of you have seen this already.  If not, turn it up.  Weiner meltdown lasts about 90 seconds.  Follow-up clip inside.
