From 2 guys who love stimulus, a battle for truth.  At least Zuckerman has the guts to admit he was wrong about the power of government spending.  Reich proposes a payroll tax 'holiday' which would help certainly, but time and deleveraging are the only cures.

At the 2:45 mark, Zuckerman admits that he smokes marijuana. Funny stuff.
