Poet Maya Angelou Explains Why She Likes Guns

NOT POLITICALLY CORRECT

10 Questions for Maya Angelou - Time Magazine

Discussion of guns begins exactly at 3:05.

Writer and activist Maya Angelou talks to TIME about her unusual relationship with her mother, why she likes guns, and why she has written seven autobiographies. Angelou recalled a time in her life when she fired a gun to scare off an intruder.

"I do like to have guns around."

"I was in my house in North Carolina. It was fall. I heard someone walking on the leaves. And somebody actually turned the knob. So I said, "Stand four feet back because I’m going to shoot now!"

"The police came by and said, 'Ms. Angelou, the shots came from inside the house.' I said, 'Well, I don’t know how that happened.'"

85 years brilliant and cheeky. Hard not to admire Ms. Angelou.

Obama Is Considering Gun Control Through Executive Order

==========

I would be inclined to think that 190 million people will overturn that XO. Many people have seen the ads run by big pharma. At the end there is a speed reader telling us the numerous ways these miracle drugs will kill, maim or otherwise cause issues operating machinery. Seems to be a pattern.

I know a lot of people who like to go to the range and have a little fun aiming at a tiny spot at great distance and seeing how close they can get to/or put a round object in that little round spot. Then again I might be talking about GOLF....

Golf balls are inherently dangereous if used improperly and so are the clubs, just ask Tiger Woods.
