Pretty decent interview with the former FDIC Chairman yesterday on CNBC.  She agrees with Weill and calls for a market-driven break-up of Citigroup, JPMorgan and Bank of America as a means of unlocking hidden shareholder value.  Imagine, trillions in mismarked assets just waiting to spun off into entities that no one will want.
