A bill that would allow farmers in four California counties to grow industrial hemp has passed the state legislature and now sits on the desk of Gov. Jerry Brown (D) awaiting his signature. The bill, Senate Bill 676, the California Industrial Hemp Farming Act, passed the Senate earlier this year, then passed the Assembly last week.

Well lets see. First we have a bunch of kleptocrats who enjoy the responsibility of controlling the currencies of most countries. Then they have the apparatus to cobble together rules and regulations that suit them at any given time. They can manipulate interest rates, currency swaps, equity markets, precious metals, and theist goes on and on, all for personal gain. Then have the balls to complain about deregulation and free markets. Jesus Christ, these guys are indeed retarded, probably from all the inbreeding. There hasn't been free markets in over a damned century. So here is a solution to Somalias woes. Let those people who are in that country who have a vested interest start their own business that would enable them to trade currency back and forth. Maybe some ACTUAL free market will take off.
