Don't know if this is happening where you all live, however, at the local costabulary they have remodeled their environment. They have an enclosure that has what appears to be at least a couple of inches of I would assume bullet proof glass. They have also a thick metal door and I believe a heavily enforced bunker that would be able to withstand all but an all out aerial assault. This is a small town in which I live. I cannot help but think that they are in some way preparing for anything short of a civil disurbance. I guess that they would not invite me or my family members in during a situation. Anyone else?

One person with direct knowledge of the SEC activities says major banks like JP Morgan (JPM), Bank of America (BAC) and Citigroup (C) could end up paying “hundreds of millions of dollars each” to settle the case. The entire settlement could cost the nation’s big banks well over $1 billion

As Bob Knight would say. Sonuvabitch c$$ks$$kin Motherf$$ckin assh$$e. Well over a billiion dollars? Really? How goddamned cute. What the FU$$IN HELL? How about unwinding these huge albatrosses and just plain gettting rid of them. Holy Shit. Then we could unwind the Fed and issue currency out of the Treasury but alas that would be too Constitutional. I gotta go vomit.

same here. lots of military demonstrations of airpower, helicopters hovering over the state highways at 50 feet, opposing traffic flow. fighter jets coming out of sonic flight and doing air combat maneuvers.

they're getting ready to declare FORMAL (we've been in it since Sept 14, 2001 or longer) Martial Law now. any time now.

We have unmarked choppers flying around here as well. Some think it may be the drug enforcement fellas. I don't know. Live in small town with a bunch of farmland around, but also live real close to FEMA and a triumverate of bases. More air stuff I noticed since summer time. Even some black birds. The occasional knucklehead will fly over Camp D. and be escorted by the fighter jets back to dry land. I guess we will see.

On a totally unrelated note, this article describes the conglomerate takeover of our food supply chain. I suppose it has been touched on here, but with the consolidation in the banking system and power supply, well, you get the idea.

Skin Flint, and everyone else, the word is slowly leaking out from law enforcement sources that they are being told by federal agencies to prepare for domestic civil war. What I understand is that federal agencies believe for some unknown reason that Mitt Romney is going to sweep the election and his policies will be austerity and cuts to everything for the poor and middle class and that either that or Obama's defeat will ignite all out chaos. So they are looking at two distinct scenarios, Obama's losing and/or when Mitt and the GOP begin downsizing Americans rioting and civil war. I understand that they are getting (small towns and cities) daily briefings on this matter and receiving rations, arms, weapons, training and intelligence on local perceived threats; ie: groups, gangs, civic organizations, political organizations and individuals thought to be provocateurs or potentially becoming ones. That is straight from law enforcement people, ask a cop you know about it.

So here is where "capitalism" ends up. Once the market is owned they want to own the customer. The law makes products a mandatory article insuring no improvements or competition. The death of the non purchasing people does not effect capitalism because corporations live forever, as with the money issued by the fed, it too lives forever instead of being called back after a short period. The state is a prison, what we are watching is bars being installed.
