Cheryl Mills Deposition: Objection! Objection! Objection!

NEW YORK – Cheryl Mills, Hillary Clinton’s chief of staff during her four years as secretary of state, demonstrated a repeated inability to recall key information about her former boss’s private, unsecured email server in a deposition with Judicial Watch, according to a 270-page transcript released Tuesday.

In testimony Friday that lasted seven hours, three attorneys representing Mills and four from the Justice Dept. interrupted Judicial Watch attorneys approximately 250 times, shouting “objection” to argue why Mills should not answer the question posed.

When Mills finally did answer, she responded “I don’t recall” 40 times and “I don’t know” to another 182 questions. Her testimony was characterized by pleading she was too busy, too stressed or not sufficiently expert to have appreciated the legal implications of Hillary Clinton’s decision to use two BlackBerry phones to conduct her official State Department correspondence.

The discussions about how to handle media scrutiny took place in "late summer" 2014, months before news of her private email use became public in a March 2015 New York Times report.

...Mills’ attorney also instructed her to not answer several questions about former Clinton aide Brian Pagliano who received immunity earlier this year from the Justice Department in the FBI investigation into Clinton’s e-mail server. Pagliano is reportedly the individual who helped setup the clintonemail.com system and maintained the server. Earlier this month, the State Department said it was unable to locate any of Pagliano’s e-mails from his State Department e-mail account. When asked about Pagliano’s missing e-mails, Former DOJ FOIA Director Dan Metcalfe told LawNewz.com “the whole thing stinks to high heavens.”

I can see why the administration moved to seal the videotape of the deposition.

Looks like Mills developed "I don't recall" syndrome from Hitlery's testimony during her investgations in the 90s.

We have one hell of a disgusting judicial system when the guilty can just lie and feign memory loss repeatedly and there is nothing that can be done to out twist the obfuscation of truth.

ALL of these radical liberal tyrants should be [whipped with spaghetti] in the back of the head - about twenty-two times with [22 wet strands] at about twenty-two feet away. If you get my drift…

Mike, I originally come from Maine and would strongly advise you refrain from making such statements. In fact, I will personally edit your comment with the term spaghetti if you get my drift...

Exactly. 250 objections would make for a hell of a montage video.

Appreciate the numbers. Mind-blowing. I wonder how much they actually learned from her 5-hour testimony.
