Citigroup si one of the TOP FIVE MOST FRAUDULENT, CRIMINAL ENTERPRISES IN THE U.S - since the Mafia! It needs to be broken up into its constituent parts and the TOP 10% OF ITS EXECUTIVES criminally prosecuted for FRAUD, TAX-EVASION, CONSPIRACY & SCORES of RICO LAW VIOLATIONS. To do anything less is just silly talk!
