Gosh, Erin Burnett might be in over her head, but she sure is cute and spunky.

A two-tiered market?......ya don't think?

"The Wall Street Journal reported that Madoff’s firm was the 23rd-largest market maker on Nasdaq in October 2008, handling an average of about 50 million shares a day. It took orders from online brokers for some of the largest U.S. companies, including General Electric Co. and Citigroup Inc."

Of course, a good question would have been..."How well did you know Bernie? Didn't you give his kid a job?"

The name to watch is Robert Khuzami. He is the new director of enforcement at the SEC. He's not a crony as far as I can tell, he's a real sheriff.

Let's see how long he lasts.....

What I have started noticing is that anytime you post any video clip hosted by CNBC that is not complimentary, it subsequently will not load. I suspect since it is on their server, either they are blocking your site specifically or just removing it from the server altogether. I noticed it last week for the first time and it's the same thing again today on the above clip. It's probably just their little reaction to us peons out here. CNBC prefers you not use your brain if at all possible. Just leave all the thinking up to them. They'll tell you when and what to buy.

I don't think it is me. It is only clips from CNBC. I'm interested if anyone else is experiencing the same thing.

BG.

No. It's nothing like that...the problem is with the CNBC servers...they occasionally are down and no videos load...

OR it could be something else bu t I need to know this first: have you been able to watch CNBC videos in the past?

And if the answer is yes, then the problem is the CNBC servers...

Hope this helps....try again and see if they load now...

@DailyBail

It sure will be nice if Khuzami turns out to be authentic. We have been dying for a real sheriff of Wall Street ever since Spitzer got taken down. I have my doubts, but I'll be following Khazumi very closely. He is about the best shot we have at the moment.
