WASHINGTON, D.C. — Over the past 15 years, the number of people held in all prisons in the United States has increased by 49.6 percent, while private prison populations have increased by 353.7 percent, according to recent federal statistics. Meanwhile, in 2010 alone, the Corrections Corporation of America (CCA) and the GEO Group, the two largest private prison companies, had combined revenues of $2.9 billion. According to a report released today by the Justice Policy Institute (JPI), not only have private prison companies benefitted from this increased incarceration, but they have helped fuel it.

Special Report: A little house of secrets on the Great Plains

The secretive business havens of Cyprus and the Cayman Islands face a potent rival: Cheyenne, Wyoming.

At a single address in this sleepy city of 60,000 people, more than 2,000 companies are registered. The building, 2710 Thomes Avenue, isn't a shimmering skyscraper filled with A-list corporations. It's a 1,700-square-foot brick house with a manicured lawn, a few blocks from the State Capitol.

True, Bonnie, we don't. But that will not stop these same out-of-control government mewlers from selling all national assets to collect a cut off each sale. 95% of America is rather dense and refuse to admit they need help because that would involve losing face. I gave up my face a long time ago and found it had been getting in the way.

All we can do is keep our selfs out of debt. When the dollar gos down, the bank will still want their money. Try and owe NOTHING...................! Guess what all the people from the twisters, floods victims are going threw...? Banks still wanting the money they owe.

People in Joplin Mo. are asked to pay a fine on their dish, or cable bill, evan thoe the house is a 1/2 mi. down the road. They still tryed to make them pay and a fine for being late...n If you owe on a house, boat, camper, RV, Harley, and you cant evan find it, the bank still wants the money.

When the country gos down, the bank will still want you to pay. In blood I guess. We wont have anything else left......How crule are these Bastards, very I guess..
