Taibbi's view of the protesters is correct, I believe: they may not have the strongest grasp of money markets, econ, etc., but they know something is very very wrong.
Moreover, I'm starting to see more signs in Chicago that have it right as well: "Restore our laws" and "Honk & indict" were the two best I saw today. Personally, I'd settle for laws being enforced, but not gonna split hairs.
