THE TRUTH COMES OUT

FBI and CIA evidence that Russia favored Trump was circumstantial...

Many FBI agents thought Russia favored Clinton.

So one day after proclaiming the CIA was certain about Russia, we learn that the FBI has the same evidence but reached a different conclusion. Typical bullshit from fake news Bezos blog.

This is somewhat good news but Rick Perry may be the DOE pick according to Zero Hedge moments ago.

I am not a fan at all...This is going to be a very big mistake. Just ask Australia about all those recent statewide wind generated blackouts, ERCOT issues and all those fucking former Enron cats still running amok out there that received billions in stimulus funds, got rich and crashed all those green companies costing us dearly (and in the future with double to triple electric rates and and grid problems). This is bullshit in no uncertain terms.

Skowhegan-area propane dealer won’t deliver to Trump voters
A phone message at Turner LP Gas Service says they should find someone else to deliver their gas.

http://www.centralmaine.com/2016/12/16/skowhegan-area-propane-dealer-says-no-trump-voters/

On the coldest day of the season, a Skowhegan-area propane dealer has a pointed message for would-be customers.

“If you voted for Donald Trump for President, I will no longer be delivering your gas, please find someone else,” is the message left for customers that call Turner LP Gas Service, on Canaan Road in Skowhegan.

The message goes on to say that the cost of gas remains $110 a bottle, payment on delivery. A voicemail message left at Turner LP Gas Service was not returned.

More here:

http://stateandcapitol.bangordailynews.com/2016/12/16/maine-propane-deal...

Reached on Friday night, Turner said he recorded the message on Election Day. After media learned of it earlier that day, he said he had 50 voicemails. Most of them were from angry Trump supporters, but he said one of four were supportive.

He said Trump is “despicable” and said, “I think he’s the Antichrist,” though the Skowhegan native and veteran said his family likely all voted for the president-elect because of his stances on gun rights and abortion.

“It’s just a statement,” Turner said. “If you voted for Trump, don’t tell me and I wouldn’t cut anyone off that was freezing.”

Turner could be turning away a lot of business, given that the Republican president-elect won Somerset County with 58 percent of votes.

Lawyer with Cape ties fights Exxon Mobil subpoenas

http://www.capecodtimes.com/news/20161216/lawyer-with-cape-ties-fights-exxon-mobil-subpoenas

BOSTON — A Newton-based environmental attorney who lives part-time in Brewster has been subpoenaed in a Texas-based federal civil rights case filed by Exxon Mobil against Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey in a high stakes tit for tat over climate change.

Matthew Pawa, of the Pawa Law Group, filed a motion to quash the two nonparty subpoenas issued to him and his firm last month requiring the firm to disclose privileged information, arguing that the information requested was irrelevant to the case and citing a violation of freedom of association, which is protected under the First Amendment, according to federal court documents.

Last week, a Texas judge ordered Healey to appear to answer questions in the civil rights case. But on Tuesday Judge Ed Kinkeade canceled the deposition and on Thursday he stayed discovery in the case after Healey filed a petition with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, calling on the court to correct Kinkeade's alleged abuse of discretion.

On Friday in U.S. District Court in Boston, Judge William Young administratively closed Pawa's case until discovery in the case brought by Exxon Mobil against the attorneys general resumes.

On Friday in U.S. District Court in Boston, Judge William Young administratively closed Pawa's case until discovery in the case brought by Exxon Mobil against the attorneys general resumes.

Pawa's firm initially objected to closing the subpoena case, stating the corporation would still be able to enforce their subpoenas even if discovery is stayed.

Young disagreed, saying that, while he isn't making any ruling on the subpoenas, he didn't believe the corporation could act on his subpoenas during the stay.

"That's my understanding," he said, adding that he will make himself available to both parties if there are changes in the underlying case.

Pawa declined to immediately comment on the pending subpoena case.

Pawa's work includes representing the pro-Cape Wind group Clean Power Now and three other legal cases based on the theory that there is a connection between the country's top polluters and climate change.

Healey's office declined to comment on the case Friday. Exxon Mobil did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Skowhegan propane dealer with anti-Trump message not licensed to sell fuel

http://www.centralmaine.com/2016/12/21/skowhegan-propane-dealer-with-anti-trump-message-is-not-licensed-to-sell-fuel/

SKOWHEGAN — A local propane dealer who said in a recent message that he won’t sell to anyone who voted for President-elect Donald Trump has been delivering and dispensing gas without a state license for at least two years, state officials said this week.

Michael Turner, who operates of Turner LP Gas Service on Canaan Road, left a message for would-be customers on his company’s voice mail, saying “If you voted for Donald Trump for president, I will no longer be delivering your gas. Please find someone else.” That message was left on a Friday, when the weather was bitterly cold. The message goes on to say that the cost of gas remains $110 a bottle, with payment due on delivery.

However, Turner is not licensed to sell gas. According to the Maine Fuel Board, Turner’s propane license expired in 2012. Turner had two licenses, one for delivery and the other for dispensing, which expired in 2012 and 2014, respectively. The board became aware of the issue after the news of Turner’s message was reported by the Portland Press Herald late last week.

As to the issue of licensing, Turner said he had “no idea” he hadn’t been licensed in years, but said he was retiring as of Dec. 31 anyway.

Don't know why everyone is worried about Centerville. That place has nothing going on. It's a slow town on the Eastern Shore. ^ President Trump (2017-2021)
The US National Debt Clock is ticking faster and faster; looks like a Timeline Bomb for the United States. " Its time to change the Paper Money to a High Speed Commerce Coin " MEMS". But its up to the President of the United States if we need Smart Cities with IoT and Industry 4.0 Technologies in order to reduce our US National Debt with QR scans and Barcodes messages across the nation.
We need a change; new money! The facts remain the Budget for 2017 is set for $4.5 Trillion Dollars. It takes the FED .20 cents to produce a new note costing the taxpayer a total of $1.43 trillion dollars per year; top circulation. Then, President is assigning $1 trillion dollars for Public and Private Transportation. The remaining 2.13 trillion dollars remains at the Executive Branches; 4,000 cabinet members has employees of President Firm ( The United States of America).
Where are the US Consumers and the Commerce Retailers? The Daily Bail-Out has begun and the US National Debt Clock is Ticking into a Time-Bomb. We better focus on Energies into more Productions with High Speed Commerces Technologies and less US National Debt in future years ahead.
Thank You!

Yves, I know has always been a progressive, but her reply to this is too fucking utopian, even for a dumb fuck like me, whose business was squeezed out of existence by illegal immigration and cheap labor and crazy assed administrative bullshit bought to you by the state house and large corporations. Looks like we are back to the way things were before the financial crisis. The youngest and her husband to be just got a no money down home loan for 200 dollars a month more than the rent they can't afford for 1500 in fees that his father paid for. Hold onto your wallets guys and gals, it was not that long a ride after the GLB act allowed the casinos known as creative financing till the tax payer fleecing in the name of the criminal financial system. America's pockets are not deep enough to keep paying the bankers for the crimes they commit.

I have also been watching with amazement how over and over again the financial institutions have been settling up for their participation in the wrongdoing at pennies on the dollar verses what was really fleeced, without admission of wrongdoing, yet nothing has gone to the victims who the fraudulently AAA rated securities were sold to.

Not a peep from anybody on this....

("Who in HELL are these "people?")

Christina,

They've been running things for a long time. The general population and most of the politicians aren't even aware they exist. Those that do know who get in the way are probably not going to be around very long, examples being John F. Kennedy and his brother Robert.
In the early 1930s two time Medal of Honor recipient General Smedley D. Butler toured this country giving his "War is a Racket speech. In 1935 he wrote a book about it that should be required reading for every American citizen of voting age. From the way things are in this country today, nobody listened and few read it. Today a much expanded version of the war profiteering by business and industry that went on during World Wars One and Two still goes on to fill elite bank accounts while millions of innocent people die as collateral damage.

("War Is A Racket

WAR is a racket. It always has been.It is possibly the oldest, easily the most profitable, surely the most vicious. It is the only one international in scope. It is the only one in which the profits are reckoned in dollars and the losses in lives. A racket is best described, I believe, as something that is not what it seems to the majority of the people. Only a small "inside" group knows what it is about. It is conducted for the benefit of the very few, at the expense of the very many. Out of war a few people make huge fortunes.")
