'When Clinton Ordered The Deletion Of 30,000 Emails, That Was A Federal Crime'

FORMER U.S. ATTORNEY ANNIHILATES CLINTON

JOSEPH DIGENOVA SAYS CLINTON BROKE LAW

This is a true must watch clip. I never post long clips but this is a unique case. The first 15 minutes are nothing but bombshells, one after another. At a panel hosted by Judicial Watch last month, former U.S. Attorney Joseph DiGenova discusses the criminal aspect of the Clinton email scandal. Hillary's hitman at the State Department Patrick Kennedy is singled out for destruction multiple times. DiGenova is convinced there is a grand jury in this case which would explain Bryan Pagliano's immunity, and he predicts the FBI will recommend charges against everyone in Clinton's inner circle including Cheryl Mills, Huma Abedin, Patrick Kennedy and Hillary Clinton herself.

'The FBI is focusing on the 30,000 emails Hillary and her staff deleted. That's where the Clinton Foundation's bodies are buried.'

I am glad this nasty woman did not wear one of her Chairman Mao, Here Kitty art smocks. It would have been so cliche. However, her head does look photo shopped.

Clinton and Obama are wrong about Snowden — he was ignored after sounding alarm directly to the NSA

http://www.salon.com/2016/06/07/clinton_and_obama_are_wrong_about_snowden_he_was_ignored_after_sounding_alarm_directly_to_the_nsa/

An explosive exposé shows that NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden repeatedly tried to raise concerns about illegal mass surveillance, but was ignored. Hundreds of internal NSA documents declassified and released by journalists prove that claims made by senior officials in the Obama administration and prominent politicians like Hillary Clinton, who accused Snowden of failing to use available whisteblower protections, are false.

State Dept. Promises to Release Clinton Emails on Day That Literally Doesn’t Exist

http://lawnewz.com/columnists/state-dept-promises-to-release-clinton-emails-on-day-that-literally-doesnt-exist/

Charlotte W. Duckett, from the U.S. Department of State, replied to Mr. Sirota that his “new estimated completion date for you request is November 31, 2016.” To be clear, November has 30 days (30 days has September, April, June and November.) That day doesn’t exist. Needless to say, it is not clear when Sirota will get his request back.

There once was a woman named Duckett

Whose FOIA requests hit the bucket

She said with a smile

It'll be sent in awhile

then hung up the phone and said fuck it.

If I were in charge of Trumps Tv ads I would use the part from 8:22 to the part the states"this woman is not fit to be President"

devastatingly effective

Yeah Tageman, I just watched the short section starting at 8:22 and it would make a very good 30-second spot.

This is a great case summary by someone who's got a handle on the facts and the law, who doesn't piss himself at the mere mention of "Hillary Clinton," and who doesn't pull punches on behalf of undisclosed interests.

That's saying a lot. Every other source of information I've seen on the Clinton email case suffers from one or more of the foregoing defects.

This clip is absolutely devastating and highly informative at the same time. That it's got just 20,000 views after 3 months speaks to the circus of misinformation throughout all U.S. media. What a joke.

The bigger jokes, though, remain the Dept. of Justice, which will do nothing with this case, and Congress, which will do nothing once the DOJ does nothing. Both institutions have been completely corrupt and beyond redemption for several years now.

DiGenova's description of civil lawyers in the Justice Department being more like defense attorneys immediately reminded me of Holder, Breuer and Covington & Burling. Hopefully he is correct about the independence of the criminal division at DOJ. And even if Lynch decides not to prosecute, I imagine a few renegade FBI officials will leak the report.

Hillary wants to live in a world where only law enforcement carries weapons, gets free health care, free education, free food, and where everyone is treated equally. She will soon have that, in PRISON.

"Hopefully he is correct about the independence of the criminal division at DOJ."

About that he is decisively INcorrect, at least insofar as serious cases are concerned. (The DOJ's criminal division is quite serious about prosecuting minnows in order to pad its statistics.) Breuer was the head of the criminal division, and his only boss was Holder.

The current head of the criminal division is Leslie Caldwell, who (like Breuer) headed the white collar criminal defense practice at her corporate law firm (Morgan Lewis & Bockius) before coming to the DOJ. She has carried on Breuer's tradition of making sure elite crime waves continue unimpeded behind a laughable cloak of "enforcement."

I have reconsidered my standing offer to bet anyone dollars to donuts that Hillary will not be indicted. It has come to my attention that donuts have been ravaged by inflation, which might dissuade bettors from taking my action. Henceforth it's dollars to dingleberries.

So Digenova says there is a grand jury. Napolitano has said the same thing. It makes sense that there would be. But not a damn word has been leaked so far. And I also don't expect an indictment but I do expect the FBI to recommend charges.

I am not sure how they can continue without charging Hillary. From a lawyer friend.

"Under the Espionage Act to Willingly, or inadvertently, transfer 22 Top Secret emails from secure State Department servers, to an unguarded private server. This is essentially what Hillary Clinton paid Bryan Pagliano to do (when linking her private computer server to secure State servers) and is likely the reason he was granted immunity.

It is a crime to remove government documents—classified and Top Secret—from secure locations and store them within unsecure locations. I ask how Clinton got this Top Secret intelligence onto a private server in the following YouTube segment..Most importantly, Clinton’s Top Secret emails contained Special Access Program intelligence; an aspect overlooked by pundits focused solely upon “emails” and intent. The severity of Clinton’s SAP emails is highlighted in a Wall Street Journal article titled Hillary’s ‘Special Access’ Server:...Under the Espionage Act, “gross negligence” is enough to prosecute, so intent isn’t needed when evaluating the harm done to national security from an unencrypted private server containing Top Secret emails. Simply claiming ignorance, or disinterest, or naiveté in using a private server isn’t enough to circumvent criminal indictments under the Espionage Act." Unless you are a Clinton!

Can Digenova please address the statement below which contradicts his claim that Hillary's emails were not encrypted? It is from a story that claims she failed to encrypt for the first three months only.

Venafi found Clinton did eventually purchase three different digital certificates from two issuing authorities.

“Clintonemail.com was enabled for browser, smartphone and tablet encryption since 2009 and can operate using encryption through at least 2018,” Bocek said.

18 USC 2071 (b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States.

Hillary, by destroying government documents when she willfully and unlawfully wiped her server containing said records FOREVER DISQUALIFIES HILLARY FROM EVERY HOLDING ANY OFFICE UNDER THE UNITED STATES!

I think she will get a full presidential pardon in the waning days of the current admin. Then she will d x him and appoint him clerk of something or other so that he continues to make a six figure salary so that his wife can continue to hate sending their children to Blakefield, and hate it the entiret time.

I have been wondering why we have heard nothing of the fate of the 30,000 deleted e-mails. If there is any classified documents or damaging information regarding the Clinton Foundation, each deleted e-mail, to my understanding would constitute a separate count of Obstruction. So, his the FBI been able recover any of these e-mails. Could be the most important aspect of this sordid case.

Yes, there have been several media reports in the last 9 months that have quoted fbi sources saying that they have been able to recover 'most if not all' of the deleted emails. That is always the wording -- 'most, if not all.' Here's a link.

DiGenova is always articulate, succinct, and has a brilliant legal mind. Always clear & concise. I've always admired him ... as well as his wife, Victoria.
